All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges.Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective, however we will change these from time to time. It is your responsibility to check these prices when you place your order.We aim to keep this web site as accurate as possible however occasionally we might make mistakes. If this occurs regarding price, we will contact you and ask you if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.  You may cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed at this point.Do not communicate your bankcard details to us by e-mail. Delivery

We can only deliver to the same address as the billing address.Delivery charges cannot be refunded.We do not deliver to PO Boxes.All items are subject to availability.  Should the goods you order be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible.We aim to dispatch most orders within 3 working days, however during busy periods we may require a little longer.  We will try to keep you updated if this occurs.We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.ReturnsYou have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods.You will be responsible for the postage costs if you choose to return items.Returned items must be returned in the same condition they were issued, to the company address, as per paperwork.
